Customer Satisfaction Survey
At the end of 2018, Agri-Traçabilité Québec conducted a survey of producers to determine the level of satisfaction of its customers with the services and products offered by the organization.
In addition, the survey aimed to assess the satisfaction rate for services offered through SimpliTRACE and SimpliTRACE Mobile, and the quality of communications.
