ATQ Customer Satisfaction Survey

ATQ would like to thank everyone who participated in our 2016 customer satisfaction survey!

At the end of 2016, Agri-Traçabilité Québec asked a number of producers to respond to a satisfaction survey.

The goal was to evaluate ATQ's client satisfaction with respect to the organization's services and products, and to evaluate the success rate of the communications campaign and the tools used by ATQ in the launch and implementation of the SimpliTRACE application.

Many of you completed this survey and ATQ is proud to share with you a summary of the results!

Did you know that there are video tutorials available on SimpliTRACE?

To allow users to familiarize themselves with the SimpliTRACE system, ATQ has made a series of information videos. These video capsules, or tutorials, were developed with the goal of training users at a distance. Available at www.atq.qc.ca/en/tutorials, these tutorials are 3 to 6 minutes each and they explain SimpliTRACE using visual representations of the steps to follow, along with a voice description.

We invite you to watch these videos to better understand how simpliTRACE works, it only takes a few minutes!
